All the timber we source is from well-managed woodlands, or trees which have blown down or been damaged in storms.

Our Logs
At Cambrian Trees Firewood, our aim is to provide you with logs which work well with modern stoves and log burners
It's so important to us that you receive dry, seasoned logs from your supplier - we ensure the cut trees are left in stacks for at least twelve months before they then get processed into logs.
They are then stored in drying crates and left to dry for at least four months. This is what we call Barn Dried .
Barn Dried is an excellent seller and a great log to burn.
We can also take the drying process a step further by Kiln Drying.
This is done by storing the logs in a heated dryer for two weeks which reduces the moisture content to less than 20%.
We have a standard cut size of 8inch split logs to fit most size of woodburners. - However we can cut different sizes to order .
Hardwood logs are generally a dense, heavier wood which burns slowly.
Softwood logs are a slightly lighter wood and therefore quicker to burn.
Delivery
For delivery we transfer the logs from the drying crates to a standard size bulk bag , which is approx 1m by 1m.
We can deliver up to 2 bags on the pick-up truck
And unload with them left in the bag for easy storage.
You can return the bags to the farm or we can collect them on your next delivery.

lovingly grown right here on the farm, or choose from our hand-selected, freshly-cut trees available when you first come in, on the farmyard - or you can visit Santa Claus and meet his real-life reindeer in our amazing grotto.
We also have two luxury shepherd’s huts, nestled on in the Christmas tree farm, in the heart of the Cambrian Mountains. Here, peace, privacy, and natural beauty combine to create the ultimate getaway.
